FLAME RETARDANT WORKWEARS
Our special selection of flame retardant fabrics are made from advance engineered
fiber yarn. The unique molecular structure of these yarn fibers makes them naturally
flame resistant. Our flame-retardant fabrics minimize burn injuries by creating a
protective barrier between the heat source and the wearer’s skin.
PERFORMS WHEN IT MATTERS
Inherently flame and high temperature resistant fabric made from special meta-aramid fiber yarn. The
fabric is made up of aramid rings linked by aramid bonds which is non-combustible and will not melt or
drip. When exposed to intense heat, the fabric carbonizes and thickens, forming a virtually impenetrable
barrier.
Nomex® IIIA is a perfect head-to-toe protection against flash fire, electric arc and other dangerous
conditions. It has unsurpassed flame resistance, lightweight, breathable and exceptional durability.

• Meets and exceeds NFPA 2112 and NFPA 70E HRC1 performance standards.

Nomex® Comfort has been developed on the basis of meta-aramid and para-aramid fibers. Aramid
offers a high degree of thermal stability. Its heat and flame resistant properties are permanent.

EN ISO 11612 A1,B1,C1: 2008 (Industrial flame and heat hazards).
• Antistatic for explosion risk protection – Due to the inclusion of P140 fibers, this fabric is anti-static
and complies with EN 1149-5:2008.
• Limited chemical protection – Protects against splashes through Hydro-Tech, an innovative
nanotechnology finish (complies with EN 13034: 2005).
• Highly durable – FR properties are built-in with excellent performance.
• Long-lasting looks – Tested for its protective properties and has submitted to an extensive range of
washing and durability tests.
Spartex® is a high performance inherently flame retardant fabric constructed with premium fiber woven
blend. Designed to help mitigate potential injuries due to electric arc, flash fire and small molten metal
exposure while providing enhanced durability and comfort.

• Inherently Flame Resistant – The fabric does not melt, drip or support combustion in the air.
• Premium Thermal Protection – Protects against convective and radiant heat, EN ISO 11612 A1, A2, B1
and C1 : 2008 (Industrial flame and heat hazards).
• Meets International Standards – Meets EN 61482-1-1 and EN 61482-1-2 (Protective clothing against
effects of an electric arc flash), NFPA 70E CAT 1 and 2, EN 11611 (Protective clothing for use in welding
and allied processes) and EN 1149-5:2008 (Protective clothing for electrostatic properties).
