GARMENT CARE

Flowtronix Protective Line workwears have easy care benefits like wrinkle resistance, stain release, moisture management and easy wash.
Proper garment care must be followed to prolong its usage.

Repair and Mending

• Minor repairs that do not affect the integrity of the garment may be made with materials by either heat sealing or sewing on patches
or darning small holes. Everyday wear and tear will take its toll. Poor garment fit can cause a seam to split or a fastener to break. Still
other repairs become part of preventive mending, permitting the garment to be worn longer without the need of major repair or
recycling.
• Preventive mending keep the garment looking good and delay major repair or mending activities.

Laundry
• Use adequate detergents and wash temperatures (up to 165°F) to clean all contaminants from garments.
• Use non-ionic formulas. Do not use natural soaps (anionic or tallow soap) or silicate supplemented detergents. Soft water is
recommended. Hard water precipitates soaps.
• Do not use chlorine bleach, liquid non chlorine bleach or detergents that contain hydrogen peroxide.
• Avoid using starch, fabric softeners, and other laundry additives as they can coat the fiber and mask its breathable performance or
serve as fuel in case of garment ignition.
