HIGH TEMPERATURE TEXTILES

                                                                         TYPES OF TEMPERATURE TEXTILES
                               SILICA
High silica glass fiber materials coated with vermiculite are excellent alternative to asbestos. The materials have
low thermal conductivity, are inert to the majority of chemical reagents, resistant to organic, mineral acids and
                               high-pressure steam.

                               E-GLASS
Effective against moderate to heavy welding sparks. It’s tight and heat treated satin weave pattern results in
thicker, heavier, stronger fabric and far more resistance to heat impact from welding sparks as compared to
                               other thinner textures cloths.

                               FIBERGLASS
Fiberglass fabrics has properties of high temperature resistance, low volume weight, non-flammable, thermal
shock resistance and strength, and corrosion-protection and insulation. Fiberglass fabrics is widely used in the
area of vessel, astronautics and thermal Insulation Industries.

                               THERMOGLASS
Thermoglass fabric has a non-woven coating of a non-inflammable fiber mixture giving a physiological safe
surface and have a good tensile strength of the well-known thermoglass cloth. Medium weight woven fiberglass
fabric, acrylic weave set finished medium add-on to improve fabric processing in sewing and laminating. It’s
used for flexible expansion joints, removable jackets, hull board and other types of fire control systems.

           FIRE BLANKETS

Suitable for smothering and extinguishing fires in homes, kitchens,
schools, hospitals, laboratories, offices, workshops and factories.

           Benefits of Fire Blankets
           • Fire blankets are very easy to use with no further training required
and can be used by anyone.
           • They can be used to put off fires on people which is not possible through
             fire extinguishers.
           • One of its greatest advantages is that it lets you to escape fires by wrapping
             it around your body.
           • They can be used to put off small household fires quickly and prevent it
from spreading in its initial stage only.
           • They are always ready to use and a sure shot option as compared to fire
extinguishers which may or may not work.
           • A person can easily use it on themselves to put off a fire.
